Jenny Huston, the primary for Jenny Huston Farm to Table and Food Services has a unique worldview and skill set that based on and encompassing based on 30 years of experience in the food services industry, and a heart felt dedication to issues of food equity and social justice.

Chef Huston has a string of impressive academic and real world qualifications that enabled her to plan and implement special events and non-profit food service programs with budgets of $2 million, run a successful catering and consulting firm for 17 years, and teach aspiring chefs in community colleges. Chef Huston has been involved in ideation, research and development, planning, implementing and administering Farm to Table food programs to initiating, commercial product development contracts and special events.

Chef Huston's academic qualifications include a Masters of Arts in Food Economic, Policy and Food Systems, a Bachelors of Arts in Food Sciences and Dietetics, a Bachelors of Arts in Hospitality Management and Business and a Culinary Arts degrees.
